Default Anyone recognise this?

Was browsing Pistonheads (manage to convince my mate to get an Impreza WRX) and came across this bizzare car:

Subaru : WRX STi 2.5Ltr

Looks like a strange conversion, car is registered as a 2003 plate however is wearing a 2005 shell and 2.5 litre running gear

Nice to know someone has managed to do such a conversion to a blobeye.

I don't see much out of place.... looks like an early MY03 plate blobeye with a lot of mods to body and drivetrain !!

Very easy to check as he has mentioned the mapper....Bob "guru" Rawle and API who did the conversion

I'd politely ask Bob if he has truly mapped this car and if David at API has done the spannering

sorted

That is a nice genuine car. Nothing to worry about with the ' conversion ' The owner posts on here as V5-APS or something similar.

Aye I like it, nice to see original conversion's like this and I like what he has done the interior, considering how hard it is to get the Spec C parts.
