hi does any one know if a prodrive exhaust system off of a rb320 will fit on a 2004 sti type uk with out 2 many problems cheers in advance

As far as I know the 'system' of which the parts are 'Prodrive' comprises of rear centre decat and back box. The main centre pipe remains resonated/silenced I believe and is a standard subaru part as is the catted down pipe. The main problem is the rear centre decat which is longer on the MY06 cars than the blobeye cars due to the shorter down pipe. If you took the whole system including DP it may well fit, but it seems a little pointless buying a catted DP and silenced centre just to make it all fit with the other MY06 parts. Depending on your motives for buying these parts, more power/noise etc, there may be better approaches. As far as replicating the Prodrive 'system' you would be better spending less money on a decat rear centre from someone like H&S for under £100 and just buy the Prodrive BB from the RB320 setup.

 

Mean't to add, I have a longer Sport cat downpipe and shorter rear centre decat fitted to MY06 STi, coupled to a H&S straight through centre and STi Back box. The system is the same length as my old blob eye that I took the parts from, its just the down pipe and rear centre decat that you have to use together correctly.

 

The complete RB320 exhaust (from cat back) will fit.

Not familiar with the pre/post 06MY differences mentioned by 53WRX although the back box will fit on its own as well.
