Default a bit rough - 05 STi

my STi's been running a bit rough of late when cold - seems a bit hesitant and jerky (like the owner, according to my missus!). just been serviced as well.

also makes a bit of a 'mooing' noise as the turbo spools, which I dont hear when its warm.

any ideas??

cars tend to be jerky when cold... and u said its mooing when the turbo kicks in?.. you shouldnt really be introducing the turbo when its cold..its not advicable to boot it when the engine isnt up to temperature.. not being arsey, just stating common sense you probably do have a technical problem from the sounds of things.. i wouldnt have a clue what it wud be though.
