Whats different?
Well we can start with whats not different
and thats the design of the shell, they look similar, now thats where it stops.
Mechanically the 2 cars are worlds apart, the jdm car has a stronger engine with hypereuetic pistons, twin scroll turbo, equal length headers etc etc etc
Power delivery is different also, where as a uk car wont really be doing much below 4k, you can quite happily drive a JDM equivelent at 1500rpm and it will pull![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Really there is just too much to go into, just go and drive both, if you buy the uk car ill be surprised![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)

JDMs are not more expensive to insure - mine was cheaper than my uk WRX with all mods decleared!
Drive one of each, it will be obvious which type is better
