Unhappy STI 5 coil pack & HT leads?

Hi all,

I had a misfire when giving it some welly today. After reading through some threads on here I understand it could be coil pack or HT leads.

Does anyone know the part number for the coil pack on a 1999 STI 5?

Is there a way of testing the coil pack?

Thanks for any help.

more likely the plugs.. coil pack on 99 are pretty good.. ht leads is possible but i would check / regap / replace the plugs first..

NGK PFR7B gapped to 0.7mm

Thanks Simon.

I do have a set of NGK PFR7B in. They've only covered about 7000 miles but I will check the gaps & the leads whilst I'm at it.
