Ive made a template from cardboard of an airbox that i am designing for my my99 sti....need to get it made up in carbon,and am struggling to find anyone who does this....as you can see its fairly simple with only two bends needed on one section..and the hole for air filter hose.






Thought about making it from ally sheet but think that it would conduct the heat more than carbon..

 

You could make it fron alloy, and then cover it in heat reflective tape. That would be just as good as the carbon fibre and cheaper.

But if you do want carbon fibre, HARVEY is the man to contact on scooby net
