Ebay virgin needs advice.
Hi
This is the first time I have used Ebay to sell something & currently have my Legacy B4 wheels for sale on FleaBay.
I have recieved a message from another Ebay user asking me to tell them the
reserve price. This sounds very dodgey to me ,any help greatly appreciated.
Ta
Stew.

get em told it does no harm as they know how much they need to bid to make your item sell. never understood having reserves in the first place (not having ago at you just as an observation) as lets say you have an item worth 1000 and you wont let it go for less than that so whats point in starting at 200 with a reserve of 1000 might as well start at 1000 then cut the messing about out so people know how much there going to have to pay

Agreed with Swifty on this one, i have lost loads of purchases because i did not know what the reserve is.
If something starts at 0.99p its a waste of time and i'll not usually bother.
i put my Scooby stuff on for what i'd take for it and then any more on top is a little bonus.
You'll find that having no reserve encourages bids anyway
