Service/Labour etc prices all the same.

1000 mile service is chargable at about 150 quid, free for UK cars.

Warranty, can be a little slower apparently, need your service book to make a warranty claim.
Service book for mine still not arrived 2-3 months later.

10k miles servicing, as per UK

Nope, still nothing, got to start bugging them now
Second key took 2-3 weeks to arrive. V5 was within days.
Oh and Motorpoint.

Reading some of the threads on here, some have waited 3-4 months for their service books.
Just wish I could find a point of contact to discuss it with.

Liaco say nowt to do with them
Motorpoint say the same....

Doh!

Mine is a UK car bought from a dealer and traded back in at same dealer where i bought it from. The y had to order the book for me and print the history (full) off their computer because the car had never had a service book.

Not just imports with this problem then!

5t.

Sounds a bit pants !
Something about IM issuing the books etc, but im sure I will get to the bottom of it.

Not worried about recording the services at this point, more the peace of mind that I have it in case of a warranty claim. Imports need the book for a warranty claim to be accepted.

My Euro service book alternates between 9k and 10k between services rather than the 10k for Uk models. Liaco say it is ok to just service every 10k.

Find yourself a good independent specialist to save money over main dealer prices and it won't affect your warranty. Expect to pay £100 - £140 for 1st year and up to £200 for 2nd year.

Was told that only the source dealer can sort this out, as it has to contain the PDI stamp.
Liaco said speak to Motorpoint, but getting back to Liaco tonight, just want a straight answer on who is dealing with it, incase the worst happens.
