Sports Dump Valve....Worth Fitting???

Hi Everyone,

Can you tell me if it is worth fitting a replacement sports dump valve to my55 STI?

Does it make any difference to the performance or just alot of noise???

Not sure what a sports dump valve is?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the OEM one so unless you like gimmicks and noise (if you go for a VTA) I really wouldn't bother.
