i own a MY01...lucky me or unlucky me depending on how you look at it...


The spare wheel is a SPACE SAVER spare..
its a crappy little wheel with a super skinny tyre...looks like it was made for a motorbike....
Anyway...it's only intended to use in an emergency to get you going again to the nearest garage and have the wheel/tyre repaired or replaced asap....
SO THERE....NO MORE RUMOUR...

Does it have a Warning Sticker? There is no mention of this Sticker (it should be red or yellow) on the Subaru-website.

 

I think you'll find the my00 spare is smaller than the other 4 any way , you can feel the transmission fighting against itself

WARNING STICKER...
i just had a look and there is nothing on the wheel from what i could see..
I didnt remove it from its slot in the boot so I really dont know.
It must have some reference to it in the owners manula however.
Besides...if you can afford a sube u must have a few brains and therfore realise its s space saver intended for emergencies only.
