Came across this place on Autotrader and was wondering if anyone has been there or had any dealings with them, it seems to have a few nice imports in, a little over my price range, but hey it's coming upto xmas and it's amazing what a bit of bartering can do.

LOL, looks like you've saved me journey, after that rave review. How do places like this stay in business if they really are so poor ?

there are bargains to be had IF you know what you are doing and are looking for but most folk dont, the old adage is you get what you pay for, best bet is buy private or go to a reputable seller/dealer

I've been to both garages. I'm sure its the same people that run both. The cars are rough. Almost every one has a different drivers seat from the rest of the interior, guages all over and some even have roll cages!! In my opinion, the cars are straight off the track.
Never seen one that didnt need some bodywork fixed or painted.

To be fair a fool is easily parted from their money. I've been to look round and every car had panel fit issues. Doesn't mean they are all bad tho'. Saw a clean looking Integrale, but they're a bit long in the tooth now ?
Sales staff couldn't be bothered to even talk to us.... Sometimes a tidy car can be found but as with any dealer it is always buyer beware.
Dunx
P.S. Don't know if both are owned by the same people sorry.

To be fair a straight car could need new locks if the keys were taken, so being in bits isn't unusual in the car trade.... I take bits off mine to relieve the boredom some weekends ! BTCC now so see ya all later !

Good man.
Well put Kilo.........They now have a garage over in Sweden which by all accounts is thriving. It's easy to understand why they struggle with any form of customer service when you consider the ages of two of the brothers.
At the end of the day they will be in business whilst there are people willing to hand their cash over. Despite the bad publicity they get they still turn over a decent volume of cars every month.

No i think thats pushing it. I say be critical but be realistic and honest. They do sell a load rubbish but dodgy stuff such as what you mentioned is not correct. I have never come across them doing such stuff. I guess its safe to say that we are all rather confused as to how they make their money and get away with selling crap. Well thats a good question as I want to know the answer too. The weird thing is, the main sales men are two young lads who actually run the business. And before people jump to conlcusions, as much as I am critical of them I dont like to be unfair either. They havent done anything dodgy to get where they are, their father was a car dealer many years ago and the sons haven taken over. Its just that they manage to sell anything with wheels.
