Worse case, they can seize your car.

Most likely case though is a slapped wrist and a producer to put it right... but then again how many times has your car been tested?

A mockery of a farse.

Couldn't have put it better.

Never been stopped myself, but I guess theres always a first time.
Part of the reason for going with the Spec D and STi back box, all the tuning is hidden and less likely to attract attention.

My racebox exhaust and spec d are the same, doesn't look or sound like a boy racer car.

Once I get my discreet spoiler on I shouldn't even get unwanted attention from people who know what a sccob actually is.

Does anyone have any issues with Mot if the cat is removed?

Should not have too many - some times on other turbo cars taking the cats out can lead to leaking seals on the tubby as the back pressure is reduced but other than that should be fine - oh yeah FLAMES - sometimes depending on your fueling and other mods you may get some flameage due to the unburnt fuel hitting the hot zorst and lighting up

A lot depends on the age of the car. For cars made after a certain year I believe it is illegal to remove the cat from your vehicle?
