Default how dose this work for 22b

there is a man on the 22b web site saying he wants to buy a 22b off a dealer and the dealer said he can reg it for him in jan 08 but the car may be july 08 or what ever month. He says the cars 10 years old in jan meaning 98 to 08,mines the tenth month of 98 so in my head the tenth month of 08 is when its 10 years old.Am I missing something or am I right

If i understand what you mean i think you are confusing manufactured dates with registered dates.

They were both probably made at the same time (being 22B's), but yours was probably first registered later than his

to the best of my knowledge they didnt make them on the second of jan1998, the dealer whos sellin it says, he can reg it then alls the man has to do is see the auction sheet and it will tell him when it was regd in japan,so 10 years from then you can reg it
