Unhappy what do i do???????? help

i have purchased an item from someone on this forum,
i paid with paypal and have been waiting for the item to be delivered,
the person tells me it was sent on the 2nd november,
i am yet to recieve the item,
i have spoken to this person and he told me he would get me the tracking number for the delivery,
and now nothing, just tried to call them no answer, i have pm'd them countless times to no reply,
i dont want to publish the persons name but all i can say is that i am running of out patience and dont know what to do?

name and shame them for a start.
Then I would contact paypal and take it up with them

There was some trouble a couple of weeks ago with a member stitching up others ............... same member?

its me i have just got back from London this weekend visiting a sick friend will get the relevant details to you as soon as i have had a chat with the missus to check the details of the dispatch sorry for the stress m8 been a tough weekend

fair play for presenting yourself, that in itself has given me a bit of confidence back!

i didnt want to "name and shame" due to not knowing any circumstances but the fact the person has the minerals to come online and admit it was them is good????????????????

same but different problem

bought a informeter from a member here, last contact was 2 weeks ago, cheque cleared on 1st nov, still waiting for it and word from him

whats the best form of action ?

You need to go round his house and use one of those torture items that someone posted in another thread, he'll soon sort it out

Seriously I would send him a letter recorded delivery without your address on the back so he doesn't know it is from you and explain that you are waiting for the item from them and if he does not contact you, you will start small claims court proceedings or contact the police due to fraud.
