On another note i tried tesco 99 @ 104.9 and my car didnt like it (no scoob yet, MKV Golf 2.0FSI) so back to vpower it was and a lot better it is!

1.18 per litre in Preston only last week. Needless to say I replaced the pump without dispensing when I saw that I had limped there as the wife had left it past the empty line!! I limped another half mile to Shell V Power.

I usually do a ten mile trip down the M55 to Blackpool for Tesco 99. Well worth the drive.............

come on guys, what are we going to do about it?
What is it with us British, we always moan , quitely amongst ourselves.
On every forum I visit every one is going mad about fuel prices but we never do a damn thing about it!!!

There would be riots in europe if fuel was this steep there!
We're just going to keep coughing up !?

This government is detemind to get every single little penny of our hard earned money off us. Fuel is going up every damn week at the minute!!!

Cant wait till this government is gone, dont suppose the others will be much better but right now Id take the chance

BP and TEXACO have always been the dearest fuel prices...yea we Brits take the mick out the french,but they soon put their goverment into place when the first fuel protest happened..it makes me feel sick everytime i go to fill up with petrol knowing that were only actually getting 15 pence worth of petrol for every litre,and the rest is tax,the greedy *******s..

Think the Shell on Gillette Corner A4 where I always fill up is about £1.10 now for V-Power. It's getting a bit depressing, to be honest. I'm shelling out about £80 a week, and am seriously considering getting out of this game altogether and buying something boring.

Talk me out of it....
