Default great scooby artist fantastic person

quick intro for those that dont know what went on. a year ago our oldest son paul 19 was in a very bad car crash, this resulted in paul being a paraplegic the rest of his life. devastating news for anyone but 19 awful. i was contacted by a young man on here that does pencil drawings of scoobies, andy hart is his name. his user name (chocolate o brian) who offered to do a drawing of my scooby for paul, i thought this was a great idea and a real buzz for paul in his recovery, we even managed to keep it a secret.
the first picture is the main reference picture, but there was many more, i will let the pictures do the talking.

thats all the stages that andy went though doing this picture. andy mate it is fantastic, paul has not stopped smiling since you gave him it. thanks for coming though from scunny with it, hope you and nat enjoyed the chinese. parmo next time mate.
andy myself and gill would like to give our heartfelt thanks for doing this for paul, he loves my scooby and its a nice reminder of how it was, now i am building a show car out of it.
you have 2 commissions from me 1. pauls BMW 2. my new show car, which will be on display with the car at all the car shows, so everyone can see your talent.
your a good mate and a great lad, natalie thanks for putting up with him
mick and gill jefferson and more inportantly paul

that is truely amazing, that man should get an award for the effort he put in for your son and also he should be drawing for companies, when i get my scooby i would like a drawing like this.

Not bad i like the method of drawing a grid and drawing it square by square.....How long did it take? heres my attempt, took a few hours, maybe 4 or 5, but spread out over a week.

pretty bad pics, my first effort in about 5 years. my mate blew up his gtr, so i thought id draw him a pic, gave him the original

took me about 6 months for that one as ive had a lot on my plate in that time. i dont necessarily copy square by square, its more a measurement thing to get perspective right. i use one main piccy squared, and then enlarge to what size i want it.

hopefully someone will notice me and i can make a full time living from something i enjoy doing.

mick, always a pleasure, and im glad paul likes it. poor **** deserves it after what he went through. not bad for a freebie

Andy, you are indeed very talented and a decent human being too . Well done for cheering the lad up after all he has been though.
