How long does it take from Subscribing to the Classifieds to being able to post ?

 

Anyone ........... webmaster hasn't replied

If I pay via PayPal to post on Private Cars for Sale - how long does it take to be effected or should I just post it on here

 

Sorry - should make it clear - I paid via PayPal yesterday morning for the 1mth Subscription but get the following when I try to post:
