You can doughnut an STI!!!
I didn't know you could do this...
STI doing a doughnut!
...but evidently you can.
How much power would you need to make it happen? Surely not standard?

I'm sure DCCD or even a PPG RWD conversion could be contributing factors. I certainly wouldn't be able to do that in my STI, back end out yes but a full controled donut is punching above my weight!

When my original (concrete) Bridgestones were dead I did one on a really dirty car park, so less grip....
Dead easy !
But as interesting as bouncing it off the limiter on the motorway.

My car is a v6 WRC v/LTD type R and on the subject of DCCD, what position is best in the currant weather conditons as i dont use my car much.
I had to take it out yesterday for an MOT and when i put my foot down the **** end is live. The dial is set right back ,this surley can't be right as i'm scared to death to put my foot down and kerb my wheels or worse.

For moving off and menuvering you want it in diff-free mode, for the current crap weather you want it on the second green and when the road looks especially bad or your pushing the car use the first orange. That should do the trick and get the car to behave a little better.
I know what you mean about it being on diff-free, unless its stone dry your heart jumps a little each time the rear bounces a little or you put a bit too much power down as you come out of a corner

Use the dial all the way back (first green light) for normal dry weather, diff-free mode as it's called, care behaves like a rear wheel drive car (and will kick out on anything but dry weather if your not careful).
