Presents for christmas

Would any of you know a good make of Laser jammer/Radar/Laser detector that Santa can bring me for Christmas, and what do the law have to say about using one of these great inventions.

Valentine One is generally thought to be the best with Bell 990 a close second. There is also a new device called a Geodis which works on GPS technology for the new cameras which work on sensors sunk into the road. If Santa is really well off this year I'd go for one of each type.
They are legal at the moment, if they do ban them they may just ban the sale of new ones, or they could recall them a'la firearms.
cheers

I gather that when any detector picks up laser, it's too late....
But on the bright side, gatso's and other fixed stuff gets alerted quite well.
If you have the dosh then a bell 980/990 with a gps system and a laser jammer will be about the best you can do. You will still have to keep your eyes peeled though.
OR
You could (very daft idea) keep to the speed limits!!!!
