i had the tsl box myself, very nice sounding box which is a bit louder than the prodrive.on a scale of 1-10 for loudness i'd say the prodrive box was a 4 and the tsl a 6 with the blitz and after burners being 9's and 10's.
i have to say i still think the prodrive sounds perfect for a scoob but like you say it could be doing with being a bit louder.

Where would you say the TSL compares with my Ninja? Although i 'used' to love the Ninja i now find it a little loud and annoying for my liking. I would consider a Group N too i think. LOL.
If i bought one it would be my cars 3rd BB! I must be mad.
I went from standard to the Scorpion (similar to Prodrive, then the Ninja) now i am after a little more quiet i think. Mind you, I could always swap back to the Ninja later on!

I found the tsl group back box fairly loud, but no where near as loud as my new shiney vortex!
I also thought that it sounded like my car was 'farting' when I nailed it. Whereas now, I get a nice roar.
(The car that is!

Afterburner Vortex is the way forward, the nicest sounding system I've heard so far, the Blitz was close but I got a little annoyed when I had to keep wiping the blood away from my face that kept running from my ears!!

I got it off a mate who I believe ordered it from Revolution in the North East, I think they do it at one of the cheapest prices as well.

Only a suggestion mate but why not keep your exhaust and just add a decatted front pipe. By adding the front pipe your whole exhaust will get louder but still have the nice sound which you have at present. I found this out a few years ago back after having driven my car for a couple of years therefore being very familiar with its sound, then removed the front pipe for MOT and just couldnt believe how much quieter the car become !!!!
But yes I too have the TSL back box and although it does sound well I agree with chrispurvis100, putting your throttle down bit by bit it did sound very thumpy. Nail it and it certainly does sound well through. Hope this helps !!!
