Have been looking myself for the past 2 years for one. The only one I came across is the STI one from subaru dealers, if I remember about £86 so I didn't buy it. Keep a look out on Ebay sometimes they come on

my friend got one done from a cardboard template he made himself, took it to a local sheetmaetal works and they laser cut one for him and he even got to choose the finish, ie matt brushed steel, only cost him about £14 if i remember right, he later had dial faces done the same way very cheap
