Default Replica Sti strut braces

Anyone got these and are they any good?

They are fully functional over looks arnt they, just £75 notes for both posted is rather cheap?

I've got a front one fitted and if I'm honest it doesn't do alot. It stops alittle body roll but not much. There are much better suspension mods i.e. Rear Anti-roll bar, drop links and springs etc. For £75 for both seems a good price though.

i have got one of these sets for my classic, front one slipped straight on, rear needed lots of cutting to fit which i wasnt prepared to do so i have a spare one if anyone wants it for a tenner

there was some available through ebay last year that were very cheap copies, would bend very easily.

better off saving for the original versions.

Simple strut braces make very little (if any) real difference, unless the car is made of plasticene. In order to work properly any brace needs to triangulate against the front bulkhead/firewall. An inner wing brace is a different matter though.....

doh! just wanted both especially for the rear as im lowering -40mm when i get time and wanted to stick a brace on so it was all done and dusted thats all
