Hi Every1 Happy New Year

I am looking at buying another Scooby turbo 1997 plate

but the owner has advised Ecu is blown and needs changing will any turbo ecu fit.

could it be something more serious

he has said the car fires up for 10 - 20 seconds

plz help asap
