Default Classic CATS?

i have a Hayward and scott back box just woundering how many cATS should there be on my system, am i right in saying 2? im looking to De-CAT the whole system.

I think there is one in the downpipe on imports and an additional one in the centre section on uk models.

Yes, one in the centre and one in downpipe.

Depending on who you ask as to which one, you could just remove one of them and still keep it legal.
