I can't see the tyres making any difference to be honest, as long as the correct pressure is in them.

I could be wrong though??

I'd fit them afterwards, purely as the rollers have two rolers, the tyres tend to get hotter than on the road, and why get new tyres that hot when you needn't.... won;t make a jot of difference to the mapping either....

Rollers arnt really that good to tyres,so id personally replace them after the run.

As has been said above the two contact patches on each tyre with minimal airflow will see excessive tyre temperatures through repeated runs, I'd change them after the remap but be a little careful with new tyres, they'll take a a while to settle in and you'll be eager to exploit your cars new found power

sound advice, the best performance increase i've found with my classic is going from unmapped to mapped, even now after having another 80bhp add recently, still biggest improvement feel is from a remap so be carefull how you go to start with
