guys just a quick one
what power can a 2004 uk wrx engine take, on the standard internals without pushing it too much?
would it take around 340-350bhp or any more or any less?

Engine should cope with in the region of 380bhp, if you take the usual care re warm up etc. Gearbox anything from 350bhp, depending on how you (ab)use it.
All IMHO etc.
