Question IMPREZA COLOUR CODE FOR BOOT/ INNER WINGS

As per title does anyone know the "Base colour" (DULL/MATT) code for inner wings/ boot etc.

A freind is having a hard time to match it?

06 WR BLUE CAR

It should be the same basecoat as for the exterior of the car but just no clearcoat on top.

No it is a different colour to the base Car colour

from a partially colour blind git it looks more like Purplely Blue and darker than the WR Blue car

Tony, I thought it was just very thinly applied.

The underbonnet colour is a factory primer applied to the whole of the car when it is painted...

What happens next is the actual base colour is applied, but the bonnet is closed when this happens.

After the shell is clear coated, you are left with a mix of primer and colour base on the wing tops (where the bolts are).

Simply copy the manufacturers procedure, and you end up with a similar result

With our mixing scheme ( Dupont ) it gives the option for 'under bonnet' on the same paint code.
