Thats the 2.5 subaru, the cars in the first post are all 2ltr and the japs keep some of the good stuff for themselves though interesting, the comparison still is that the subaru is the better car, now even more practical and better mechanically over the evo x (which has an all new all alloy engine which even the mitsubishi engineers dont think is as good as the old lump).

Although you have to question the relative skills of the drivers, you also have to be impressed with its general handling and lack of understeer. Anyone know anything about who made the vid and who the drivers are?

awesome vid although i have to say its pub talk, i havent taken my 04 sti near its limits for a an extended length of time in all of the 3 and a bit years vive owned it. Im so comfident in my lack of skill that im sure i wouldnt beat lewis's hamiltons time around the top gear test track in her!

In the other thread where this vid was posted, someone mentioned the STi driver was a Drift King.
(probably why he's yanking the handbrake!)

I'd take the STi.

Anyone know how the new cars are selling, i have only seen 2 wrx's and one was at a dealers?

i havent seen any on the road round here and weve got the only dealer for something like 300 miles. Normally you see loads of the stuff. I might just be confusing them for mazda's though ?
