Purchasing whiteline bits next week and was looking for peoples experience on two options.
Car is 02 wrx wagon with 300/315 and is a daily driver used mostly on a and b roads.
Already have full prodrive shocks and springs with sti genome front strut brace
1.
Standard front ARB
22mm rear adjustable ARB
Steel drop links front and back
Anti lift kit
2.
front 22mm adj. ARB
rear 24mm adj. ARB
steel drop links all round
anti lift kit
Full geo setup. Can anyone reccomend the best place in the east of scotland for this.
911 has been in touch and advised on the 2nd option but not sure if this is a bit too much for the level of use, no track days etc. Although that may come soon!
Cheers

Id be tempted to go for the first option but without the anti-lift kit. If you opt for everything, then Id also look at some proper bracing for the front too.

Further to that, I mean a lower 'H' brace and a pair of inner wing braces (seldom talked about but 100x more useful than cosmetic strut top braces!).

Leaning towards the first option as I can then install a front 22mm adj. ARB and then at a later date upgrade the rear to 24mm.
Also looking to uprate the engine and gear box mounts at some point.

Apparently anti lift kit will sort most of the understeer out and it is best to start with the rear. Have a word with cusco kid (Geo) i think he posts here but more on the SIDC board. He should be able to supply and possibly fit the bits.
Barring that i'd be tempted to try Dunc at Hypertech. That way you can get the for wheel alignment done too (as usual i'm only talking about people i've had experience of so as not to dismiss any other options!)

Happy to do the install myself, just done headers, turbo and injectors etc. Have access to ramps so it makes things much more enjoyable.
Do you have a contact number for Dunc at Hypertech so I can get a costing on the alignment.

Not on me but it is £55 i know that. Mine is going in soon. Needed new camber bolts for the rear when they went to do it before Christmas and they didn't have any left in stock so i need to rebook. He didn't charge for the wasted time though!

Go for option 1. I've heard the front ARB will re-introduce understeer.
I have pretty much option 1 and it made a massive difference.
Dastek in Dalgety bay can do your geometry.
I first had it done at Powerstation while i was down south, then took the readings to dastek to them to copy after i'd had the front struts replaced.

Waiting to hear back from Hypertech. They supply whiteline and fit it for free as well as doing the alignment. They also have a new RR which could be worth a power run while there (if not too many £££'s) to compare with the road dyno done by Andy.

Hi Mark !
I would fit the adjustable rear bar and drop-links first, and see how you like it.
Mine went (on hardest setting) drift style ! Lots of fun but not as quick as the medium setting....
Then if you still feel you need more front end grip.... like I did !
ALK plus front bar and drop-links, add camber bolts for the rear struts and a full geometry set-up and you should be there !

P.S. Front bar gave more front end grip, which calmed the rear so that I'm running hard/hard front to rear at the moment ! It's ace !

22 mm front and 24 mm rear both adjustable ! Very harsh over ridges on hard/hard but so crazy grippy except on slicks in the snow obviously ! !

Hyperech can supply 22mm rear adj. arb, f&r steel drop links and ALK for £354. They offer free fitting and the alignment is £55.
Thats £409 supplied, fitted and set up. I can get the parts for £320 and fit them myself but I think I will just book in for next week and be done with it.
Tidgy - already have prodrive suspension (bilstien shocks and eibach springs) and a front sti genome strut brace.
