18' thinking of going to 17'

Default 18' thinking of going to 17'

Hi all

At present i have 215/35/18 i was thinking of changing to 17' the 35 proile seems a bit low for the local roads but what proile tyres would i need to keep speedo reading right

would have thought a 17" with 65 height tyre will be ok for you.
I agree, i have 18" with 35 profile and they kerb like a b*tch lol...or is it me clumsy!

If you stick with 215 width, a 17" with the same rolling radius would be 40 profile. I think you would notice an improvement in ride comfort with this.

yeah i hope so the ride is very harsh and camber really takes the car off hopefully going for a heigher profile will reduce this.
