Just contact your insurance company and give them the 3rd party details. They should do the rest.

try using a non fault accident management company like accident exchange, swift prestige hire or helphire, they will deal with the claim on your behalf authorise repairs supply you with like for like hire vehicle ( or better) and forward all costs to the t/p insurance company.

Yep went through this myself a few months ago......phone your insurance company and let them sort it out for you..... this is the reason you pay them loads of money for,if you re totally non blameless then your car will be repaired,a courtesy car will be provided and your no claims will not be affected......

i has the same problem a while back, the other party admitted full liability from the start.
I had to pay the xs before the bodyshop let me take the car (£350) and it took a few weeks to get it back
As he admitted liability i didn't lose my no claims but the accident still has to be declared when taking out insurance - WHY?

after a couple of things like this happening to me and still ending up out of pocket I would just get in touch with a 3rd party company who specialise's in accidents !!! That way they deal direct with your insurance company but they also fight your corner if any out of pocket expense's occur

You have a few choices in fact, mentioned above -

1) Ask your own insurer to deal with the claim, but make sure they agree to waive any policy excess on the basis that the third party has accepted fault (they'll want to confirm this with the TP insurers).

2) Deal directly with the TP insurers - the more efficient insurers release it's in their best interests to deal with any repairs quickly in order to avoid a big bill for car hire.

3) Use an accident management company, as above.

All three work fine, although you need to know what you're doing with 2).

Hope this helps,
