Just coming back after 4 months exile in a Lotus. Hoping to pick up my new Hawkeye in a week's time. I'm between Holsworthy and Bideford.

 

Ive got a version 5 type r v-limited in Okehampton

also in plymouth. mines a blue classic with anthracite 17's. i've seen quite a few in and around plymouth. a few silver classics and a red stickered up classic.

 

Where does evryone go for servicing? Had a few problems with Exeter last time and with Newton Abbott although the latter went out of their way to sort things out and I wouldn't have a problem using them again. Presumably there are independent people locally?

 

Alan Jeffreys in Plymton are very good. i took mine to them to sort out my leaky oil pump, absolutely brilliant. i dont know how much it would be for a service but i know their work would be A1.

Presumably if mine is under warranty I need to stick to dealers?

 

Nope you don't! The Office of Fair Trading has made it very clear that the manufacturers warranty cannot be declined because a car has been serviced outside the dealer network. As long as it is serviced to the manufacturers schedule and recommendations you will be fine.
