Default Help on good fast reliable scooby

hi im new to all this but i am seriously considering getting a v4 onwards sti while at the moment im just saving pennys i was wondering if any1 knows of any good buying guides , and things to look out for basically as much info as possible. im looking to spend around 5k on 1 if anyone could help it would be much appreciated thanks in advance to all

Dont buy anything thats been messed with, std is best IMHO then you can get things done correctly should you want too.
