hi all, im starting my summer power build for myoo ukspec, any ideas on what headers are good? i want the scooby rummble so i gues i dont need the equal length headers. i want bigger bore piping on the manifold than stock.

r the ebay ones any good honestly? im a man with a budget lol.

ebay ones ae not all that from my experience. I'd suggest the lateral ones

Bigger bore piping may actually lose you power and spool up characteristics. Tomei do some great headers. The collectors on their equal length headers are actually smaller in diameter than stock.

TBH, I don't see what the fuss about the 'Scooby rumble' is all about. The fact that the sound is there suggests there is a restriction. I would rather have efficiency.

 

Got some Gruppe V2 headers on mine, never had a problem with them., apart from the car is bloody loud now!!
Dont bother with the cheap ebay items.
You get what you pay for at the end of the day.

 

As above you get what you pay for. the ebay ones tend to crack after a short while. Then they need to be replaced so it porobably costs more in the long run. Buy a decent set to start with
