Help with dump valve for 96 turbo sport estate
Im buying a 96 2.0 turbo sport estate tommorow, this will be my first subaru, ive allways wanted one.
The thing is i want a dump valve on it but ive been worned off them as a garage said the f**k up the engine,is this true or was this bloke a muppet. I think the latter as i said to him that they wouldnt make them if they wernt any good.
Ive been going through the net to find out which ones would be appropriate for this model, but theres so many. Has anyone got any ideas?
One last question, how easy are they to fit?
Any help will be much appreciated

Your car already has a dump valve, it's a recirculating type. That's the one Subaru fit, and they fit it for a reason.
Do a search on here if you really want to know, but before fitting one, and certainly before taking advice from others on here, ask yourself one question?
Why would Subaru, Prodrive, and EVERY respected tuner tell you to use a recirculating type, if you could really use either?
As for "why do they make 'em if they are going to fek up the engine?", why do cigarette companies make cigarettes, knowing that they harm people's health?
