BEEN TO SEE A 51 PLATE IMPREZA AND IT HAS PRODRIVE LIGHTS WHEELS AND EXHAUST IS THIS FROM PRODRIVE OR ARE THEY JUST BITS THAT HAVE BEEN ADDED BY THE CURRENT OWNER? IF THEY ARE WOULD THE CAR BE MAPPED?

Not on it's own, wheels are dealer option as is exhaust. The car should have a Prodrive certificate as proof of purchase for the Prodrive Performance Package.
Yes the full PPP includes an ecu mapped by Prodrive, a catted exhaust, and an up-rated fuel pump.

if it has had a ppp put on it then he should have a blue certificate with the chasis number stamped onto it etc to say its been done look under the bonnet there should be a blue silicone hose going to the intercooler with prodrive on it hope this helps
