Upgrading the ECU. Whats the score ?

The only option available that will enable you to keep your warranty is the PPP, which costs £2,000. Any other mod would officially void the warranty. Upgrades such as the Link or Motech are actually complete ecu swaps, and the Unichip is a piggy-back type. Any of these could be easily removed if you ever needed to, for whatever reason.....
Stef.
PS To get the most from any ecu upgrade, you really need to change the exhaust first anyway. Fitting a decent system can release an extra 20bhp or so anyway!
