Default Gaskets!

I'm shortly going to be fitting a deresonated centre pipe. I've just spoken to Subaru about getting new gaskets for either side of the pipe - the one between the pipe and the backbox is a fiver, but the one between the pipe and the rear cat is £25, which seems a bit steep...

Does anyone know if it's really necessary to change this one, or will I be able to re-use it? The car is three years old, but has only done 13,000 miles.

Thanks for any advice :-)

The price is correct as it's a large donut shaped affair, however you can usually reuse it as a result.

I'm fairly sure mine would be 2.5" - it's currently the PPP system.

it is sometimes possible to reuse old ones but in my case my one was fuked.
