Default ribbed piping....

now beofre the resident scoobynet pervs get sticky i mean for in the engine bay...

found this pic of schumachers scoob under the bonnet and i wanna know where to get this ribbed piping from to cover it like he has?

also do you need to detach the pipes to fit? or slice underneath the ribbed stuff and coat it?

piccy of what i mean... (hope its ok schumacher)

stating obvious here Andy but would it not have been easier to PM Schumacher?

It is conduit used for protecting wiring harness on trailers, caravans, etc
Yes I did use to make them.... but never used it in blue, can be slit lengthways or not in 50 m lengths. Will wander round t'internet for a look !

schumacher did a little research, and found me a link on a tuning website.

i didnt think to try "hose covering" as i wasnt sure of the terminology.

anywho popped it into a well known auction site

bought these in blue

Engine Hose and Wire Cover Kit Blue Red Yellow on eBay, also Engine Tuning Parts, Performance Tuning Parts, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 26-Feb-08 18:31:21 GMT)

will have a go when they arrive
