Default Flocking material suppliers????

Hi, i wonder if anyone could help.

i went to get my Dash flocked recently and had to do some tidying to my Dashboard so that the flocking didnt hilite the blemishes.

Anyway they showed me the process in the factory and it consisted of .....

spray the dash with Glue

then sprinkle on the flock (like 100's & 1000's)

As it looked quite ease (prob wont be) i thought i'd have a go myself and try to save £150 + VAT.

Does anyone know where you can get the flock from that the companies use in this process?

Thanks in advance
Minty.

Frost Auto Restoration Techniques - Search Results for flock

It's hard to do properly allegedly - need some sort of electrostatic gun to make the little flockettes all line up the right way....

Yep, generally its more expensive to do it this way.

You end up forking out for the kit, then get average results, then end up sending away to the flockers
