Has anyone managed to contact Simon at PSi3? His inbox is full and he doesn't reply to his e-mails or phone calls.
I have been trying to contact him for a while now regarding a green plastic cover for my VFD without success.

They used to sponsor a forum on here, in fact their website says they still do. Perhaps a PM to the webmeister may shed some light on things for you. 
Having just briefly looked at there web site there are no contact details except a mobile phone number and an email address. Not looking too good then
