Default 40k 02 Sti versus 80k 03 Sti

What is best??????
I cant decide which to buy.

Head says 40k but heart says 03 Sti.

I do around average mileage per year and will be taking whatever I buy to around 400bhp.

The questions I'm basically asking are would 80k put you off buying an 03 Sti and would it be safe to mod an 80k Sti without the clutch going as soon as its remapped?
I know theres no guarantee the clutch wont go on an 02 Sti after remap but it'll only be around 60k when I sell it as to 100k on the 03.........but the looks are like chalk and cheese.

If the 03 has a full service history and plenty of recipts and all the good stuff then it's well worth a look, if not i don't think i'd bother.

80k on standard clutch will not handle 400hp, you maybe lucky to get 400hp out of an 80k mile car without doing more to it than needed on a 40k mile car.

Personaly, I'd go for the bugeye

But some (De-ranged) people think they are ugly
