Any one fitted these to the 2.5 hawkeye to restore that nice rumble if so does it work and is it straight forward to do it thanks.

They are fitted as standard, only the 2ltr twin scroll models are equal length.

I was under the impresion the 2.5 has equal length on and that was the cause of the loss of burble on 06-07 wrx and wrx sti

nope, the loss of burble is due more to the MASSIVE back box, i.e. it's there, you just can't hear it. Changed mine and all was back to how it should be

Get a straight through deresonated cat back system like a Nur Spec R or Afterburner Vortex system and the burble will soon be there mate with bells hanging off it. Get a decat/sports cat downpipe and the burble with either of those exhaust systems will be immense!!

have already put racebox and afterburner centre section in is better but just not there yet ,last option is the h&s sports cat i suppose thx for your help.

The standard headers are unequal, the standard exhaust is the culprit, go cat back with something like a Revolution system and you'll get the Scooby Burble back
