I ordered one last Saturday, my order still says "Processing" on their site, and I'm not getting any reply on their phone number.

Just after getting an update as the delivery charge is almost £9 and the site says it would be dispatched as soon as possible.

I ordered one back in January and it took about a month to arrive. Guess they've got a lot of orders at the moment. Good piece of kit though so worth the wait.

mine took over a month too, i wouldn't bother e-mailing either, give em a ring, they are trustworthy but just seem busy.

Great bit of kit I bought one at Xmas time, it'll be worth the wait.
Give Simon a ring if your concerned about the time your order's taken. He's a great bloke to deal with and his number is on their website.

Just got an email saying my order status has just been set to complete.

I guess you get so used to massive companies like Amazon you forget about the smaller companies who don't have someone just sitting around all day sending stuff out.

I'm happy now though - should be able to get that fitted at the weekend

It took 2 months from the time I paid the money till the VFD arrived.
I am now trying to contact Simon to change the blue plastic cover for a green one (as initially stated in my order) but I haven't been lucky so far.
If anyone manages to contact him please let me know!
