Hi guys hows it going, as you can tell i am a newbie to this forum but just ordered a 2004 sti and picking it up saturday and cannot wait.
Was just reading one of the treads about the new impreza, i was looking at one of them in the dealership while i was waiting to sign for my baby and well even the salesman didn't really have a good argument for buying one and how rubbish it looks and drives. Anyhow hello again i am going have a look at what kit i can get for my new motor.

i do have a qick question and i know it should be in the ICE page however as i am here, i have got a astra coupe turbo and i want to take out my stereo and put it in my sti "alpine ida x001", will it fit straight in if i get a facia cover for the bottom or is it a complete pain in the ***. Also what are the speakers like in the STI's as i have not had chance to check it out as i don't pick it up till saturday.
Cheers

Speakers are poor, but to be honest i don't use them. The car IS the stereo.
They sound fine for classical FM.
Welcome to the group. View My Scooby if you're interested in some choice mods on that model.
If you go for a single din stereo, then you can get the Forrester single din cubby hole thingy/
