Buying advice****** sti type r*******
hi everyone,
i am looking to return to scooby ownership and have approximatley 7k to spend and would like an sti type r.
looking around i have found a few that i would like to view but need some pointers as to what to look for or any thing i need to know,are there differnt like if it is fresh import will i have to run v power + octane booster? will speedo be in kms and if so how much to change it to mph and so on.

Hi Luke.
most fresh imports will be in klm and restricted no bad think on uk fuel i have run type r on uk fuel but keep of full boost unless octane booster or remap.
plenty of good mappers Apexi might be the way to go About £800.I have another type r coming in from japan next month. View my cars.Good luck

there`s one in particular I keep seeing and really wanted to buy but couldn`t get the funds for. Drop Scooby-TC a PM, his type r is mint and I believe its well within your budget. Alternatively, have a look through the classifieds sections, its in there somewhere
