Default raising boost

my scoob is running a ecutek ecu but only boosts up to around 12psi, not sure which would be the best way to raise the boost up a bit, a manual boost controller is obviously the cheapest/easiest option but will this be safe? any ideas? thanks.

would need a full map rather than just boost increase, boost is just a small part of the picture.

nearest off the top of my head is teg, tsl, scoobyclinic or zen.. I do get up that way occassionally
