hi, Im based in the middle of both of these garages and want a 30,000 mile service for my03wrx also maybe backbox / spring change i know both are well regarded by users. Any opinions welcome, anyone used both,what is the likely cost of a service? thanks.

I have used both. Phone em up and see how you get dealt with
Prices will vary but both are good at what they do.
I have good dealings with both, and ****e dealings with both.
I would find out the costs, etc, and then just see who takes your fancy.

used TSL quite a bit but errrm the boss graham takes a bit of getting used to If ye speak to any of the others then no probs but the thing that stops me going back at the mo is their prices
Haven't been to API but I have spoken to david and he seemed like a top bloke.
What about Carnetics at Melton Mowbary good prices, excellent service, knowledgeable and nowt done without a fair discussion and multiple options

had my new zorst from tsl...and i found them to be helpfull, very customer friendly and a downright nice bunch of people.....id ring for prices cos im sure they are very competitive.....its where il be going for my remap.....

Only used API out of the two and can't fault them so far,David the top man is a straightforward guy with no bull,Nathan and the guys in the workshop know their scooby's....... highly recomended from me

I've used API several times and would highly recommend them . Have never used TSL so can't advise there.

never used api but i can tell you TSL are very proffesional there is nothing they dont know about scoobs and are on a par with roger clarke motorsport and we all know about thier car! graham is an aquired taste he's an old skooll gentleman rally driver and really knows his cars. they are not cheap but in this world you get what you pay for. they are very fair and competitively priced on parts and i would not hesitate to use them again. alot of there busisness is building very high spec rally cars and you will regularly see some very impressive cars in there eat your dinner off the floor workshop..

i have used tsl on several occasions and have always been happy with there service , give sam or john a ring really nice blokes and know their stuff . cant comment on api as i have never used them but they seem highly regarded amongst people on this forum

Not used API but heard that they are very good. I've used TSL in the past and again they are very good.

I use Carnetix/Tracktive now. Used to be part of TSL but went on their own a couple of years ago. I can only say great things about Carnetix and they are my personal choice. Based at Melton Mowbray, give them a call if you like and see what they can do for you.
