Default Battry keeps going flat

Right i have tested my battry, it holds its charge well
I have tested my altonator, its charging the battry well.

I dissconnected my earth, put my multimeter across the earth and the earth on the battery, which shows i am having currant drawn back off the battry about 0.60

The 2 fuses i narrowed it down to are the room fuse and the hazords fuse.

Any ideas what is doing this?

Car is a 1999 Version 5 WRX STI Type-R
I have a cat 1 Clifford and a Tracker (Dont know if its those causing it)

Any sujestions would be much appreated, cheers.

Mine went "flat" after eight days... I suspect the tracking system isn't going into "sleep mode".

That's interesting: I didn't know that. Mine goes flat after a week also, but my brother bought me one of those battery top-up gizmos that plugs into the battery from the mains for a Xmas pressie (about 40 quid). The battery is now always tip-top and the car bursts into life even after 3 weeks standing idle with the alarm activated. You would really need your car in a garage though.

Yes thats the cause!
Best bet is buy a trickle charger & plug it in for a few days when the car is not in use....

Hmmmm, all sounds intresting, think im gonna turn down the proxy sensors as they are allways going off, i cannot use a trickle charger as i dont have a garage i can park my car in.

How can i find out about the tracker sleep mode? is there a way i can test it?

Thought about these in the past, but can you use the cigarette lighter plug? I think that it's a switched connection so you have to use the crocodile clips

A multimeter or an auto-electrician is easiest, once you find the pesky little b*gg*r.... I don't want the expense of a new unit as it's six years old now.
So will just have to use the car more (LOL).

a mate of mine is getting the same problem.when you first switch your car off your tracker scans for the first 4 to 6 hours and then at regular intervals unless actovated. he had to phone R.A C TRACKSTAR AND THEY INFORMED HIM ABOUT THIS in the end he had to buy a new tracker which was not cheep like me i do not use my scoob so look in the argos book for a twenty quid trickel charger it sorted my problem unlike my mate if you get any more problems go to the welsh section and try and get hold of dragonman
