Shipping To Russia?
I need to ship a parcel to Moscow, Russia
Size 120x25x75 cm, weight 23Kg.
Anyone know any couriers that will deliver for a sensible price? Due to volumetric weight, UPS & DHL quote around £350.
Its too large for Parcel2Go. Interparcel give a good quote but its on their restricted items list.
Anyone else I can use or another company that use DHL/UPS with good discounts?

Dude,
I'm just been dealing with shipment to Russia and the news ain't Good. IT IS A PIG!!!!! If thats was the likes on DHL are charging, I would go with that. I just shipped out 2.2kg to Moscow and that was £180. trust me you don't want to go down the route of Air Freight!

I think also what you will find that a lot of companies will go through DHL as i'm sure DHL is the only company that can go in, Courier wise. Even Freight companies that I know don't like sending stuff into Ruuski land!

Thanks again Alex, DHL are looking like favourites.
I did get a £300ish quote from the PO, but I don't have much faith in their courier services, if they want a cheaper price I'll suggest them next.

Beware the the PO are a nightmare to deal with if the pack gets lost. It took me over a year to get £90 out of them for a pack that was stolen in Africa and insured for £200. dl

I ship a lot of parts to russia and find that Royal mail standard parcels are one of the best.
My parcels are a very similar size and weigh 18KG and cost around £80
Cheers
